On the occasion of International Day of Disability, December 3, 2024, the Padmodaya Foundation has taken a significant step in supporting individuals with disabilities. Under the leadership of social worker Ashok Kumar Khadka, the foundation successfully distributed more than 100 wheelchairs to differently-abled individuals in Dhangadhimai municipality, Sukhipur Municipality and adjoining areas of Siraha District.
The wheelchair distribution is part of the foundation’s broader initiative, the “Door to Door” campaign, which aims to identify and assist more individuals requiring mobility support. This ongoing campaign is dedicated to ensuring that no one in need is left behind.

Dipendra Mahato, the President of Padmoday Foundation, expressed his gratitude for the support received from social workers and the community. He reiterated the foundation’s commitment to reaching more disabled individuals in the coming months through sustained efforts.
This initiative highlights the foundation’s dedication to inclusivity and social welfare, aligning with its broader mission of community service and empowerment.
